The EB3 program does not require any work experience, language test or net worth value. Through this program, you will arrive in the US with a permanent, full-time job and permanent residency for you and your family. You will also be able to include your spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21 in your application. They will then be able to work and study in the US as Green Card holders. It also takes around one year and a half to process, which is a shorter period compared to most immigration programs.

Permanent Resident Visa (EB-3 Green Card)
The United States is often associated with a high standard of living, quality education, advanced healthcare systems, and a wide range of amenities and services. Living and working in the U.S. can provide individuals with access to a larger pool of job options, professional growth, and the potential for higher salaries and benefits. Having a green card provides individuals with various benefits, including the ability to live and work permanently in the U.S., travel freely, sponsor family members for immigration, and potentially apply for U.S. citizenship in the future.
With the EB-3 Immigration Program, our office in California matches you with one of the US employers we represent and assist you with all the immigration and relocation procedures. Leading to stable, well-paid employment and lawful permanent residency in the USA.
There are three subcategories within the EB-3 program:
- EB-3(A): Skilled Workers This category is for foreign nationals who have at least two years of experience or training in their occupation and whose work is not of a temporary or seasonal nature. The position must require a minimum of two years of training or experience.
- EB-3(B): Professionals This category is for foreign nationals who hold a bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent and whose profession requires at least a bachelor's degree as a minimum entry-level requirement.
- EB-3(C): Other Workers This category is for foreign nationals performing unskilled labor that requires less than two years of training or experience. The number of visas available for this category is limited each year.
It’s important to note that the EB-3 program has annual numerical limitations, which means that there may be a waiting period depending on the demand and availability of visas. The waiting times can vary 18 months to 24 months and the specific category within the EB-3 program.
The process of obtaining an EB-3 visa generally involves the following steps:
Faucibus non sed faucibus mauris ultricies. Cras varius proin amet vehicula magna. Ultricies gravida vel volutpat sed. Platea sed fames at egestas amet feugiat laoreet potenti integer. Viverra at maecenas convallis condimentum egestas nunc sagittis eu. Semper faucibus facilisis vitae sollicitudin.
- Labor Certification: The sponsoring employer must obtain an approved labor certification from the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). This process involves demonstrating that there are no qualified U.S. workers available for the position being offered to the foreign national.
- Employer Petition: After obtaining the labor certification, the employer must file Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This form establishes the employer's intent to employ the foreign national on a permanent basis.
- Visa Application: Once the I-140 petition is approved, the foreign national can proceed with filing an immigrant visa application. The application is submitted to the National Visa Center (NVC), and upon approval, the case is forwarded to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in the foreign national's home country.
- Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing: If the foreign national is already in the United States, they can apply for adjustment of status to obtain their green card. If they are outside the United States, they will undergo consular processing at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Frequently asked Questions
-
What is the advantage of the EB3 Program over other US Immigration program?
-
Can I leave my job once I get my Green Card?
Under this program, a joint application is filed between the employer and employee with the Department of Labor. In the event the employee fails to fulfill the job duties (i.e. suddenly leave the job) there is a possibility that the employer can file a complaint with the Department of Labor which may result in the termination of his/her Green Card. It is recommended that you stay with the employer for at least one year to avoid any issues such as this.
-
How much do these jobs usually pay?
All employers must submit a prevailing wage determination which ensures that they are paying at least the minimum wage set in their state. Salaries vary depending on the job and the area but they usually average around USD 9.00 – USD 15.00 per hour.
-
Will I arrive in the United States with my Green Card?
The Green Card can only be ordered upon arrival in the U.S. In the meantime, the visa is endorsed and serves as a Permanent Residency document until the actual card arrives. This can be used for employment, opening bank accounts, etc
-
Will I be eligible to apply for U.S Citizenship under this program?
As a Green Card holder, you will be able to apply for U.S. Citizenship and get the U.S passport.
